These Terms and Conditions are a requirement as part of the enrollment process.
When you accept these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree with the content, herein. Thus agreeing, applies to all use of the RESO website, services, consulting, and all programs/courses provided by Real Estate School Online (RESO). This will include all supporting activities and services provided through the RESO websites, and RESO instructors, staff, and services.
The RESOLearning.com or Realestatelicensecourse.com website, and any of its provided consulting and services, are the sole possession of RESO, LLC. Hereafter, referred to as RESO. All content on the website is the property of RESO, LLC and may not be used, copied, reproduced, reused, used on other websites or online repositories, or distributed to others. This content is covered by U.S. copyright law and may not be used without the consent of RESO, LLC.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at our sole discretion, as we deem necessary. When you sign in on the RESO website, this will constitute your acceptance of and agreement with any changes.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, and by acknowledgement that you understand these and agree to follow them during your time on the RESO learning website or use of its services.
By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will not use any external programs or outside coding sources that may be harmful to the RESO website.
- The information that you have provided during your sign up to use the RESO Website and services is accurate and correct.
- You will comply with all copyright laws.
- You will not use any offensive language or discussions that may offend others or may be destructive to the reputation of RESO. This will include terms or language that are: abusive, unlawful, libelous, obscene, profane, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise considered in poor taste.
- The RESO website may be offline or unavailable from time to time for routine maintenance, updates, or changes. There will be no reduction or refunds for any offline time.
- You are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- The use of the RESO website is provided at our sole discretion and can be terminated for non-compliance with the Term and Conditions.
- You will be required to provide specific information about yourself. We consider this information to be your personal information. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to identify you as the person taking the course. We will not provide this information and any other organization, person, or function. We may ask for your social security number, as most states require this to issue the state license. You acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- You will be asked to provide credit card information is connection to the purchase of products provided by RESO, LLC. You acknowledge that this information is correct, and you have the authorization to use it. You additional authorizes RESO, LLC to use this information to complete the requested purchases.
- RESO, LLC and the RESO website does not assume any responsibility for and liability for failure of any website content or services. To the maximum extent possible and permitted by law, RESO, LLC disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, included but not limited to warranties of content, services, fitness of content and services, or warranties that the content or service will meet your desired needs or requirements, reliability of information provided, or any errors on the website or courses provided. We will make every effort to ensure the content and information is up-to-date, but this is at our sole discretion.
- From time to time RESO, LLC may post various articles and/or copy that is used for discussion, advertising, news, or other information. These posting will be provided at the sole discretion of RESO, LLC.
- The information provided on the RESO website is as accurate as possible. However, this information may contain some inconsistences, inaccuracies, or out of date information. We will update the information on a recurring basis not to exceed one (1) year.
- There are numerous links to content outside of the RESO website. We have provided these links to enhance your learning. However, we are not responsible in any manner for inaccuracies, omissions, errors, or other problems with content on these provide sources. These links may change from time to time.
- You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RESO, LLC and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, services providers, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, costs, losses, or other expenses, including attorney’s fees that may arise from your use of the RESO Learning website, services, or information.
- RESO, LLC will make all efforts to provide the required information the state. However, we will not guarantee that the information will be received by the state. RESO, LLC is not responsible for ensuring that the state acknowledges receipt or applies credit.
- All information: including but limited to: art, text, logos, audios, video, or other content, are the exclusive property of RESO, LLC and are covered under applicable copyright and trademark and/or other property rights laws.
- RESO, LLC and RESO website are not liable for any and all damages of any kind that may be created from the use of the website or services, or from any and all content or information provided on the RESO Learning website to provide by the staff and/or instructors. Damages include, but are not limited to incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive, unless they have been provided in writing.
- If you are not satisfied with the courses, content, or services, you only recourse is to stop using the website and the services. If you fail to pass the state exam three (3) consecutive times, you may request a refund in writing, with the following provided proof:
- Receipts for each exam taken.
- that you have improved each time you took the exam.
- that you have studied and prepared for each exam, prior to taking the exam.
