  • Our content is presented in nine (9) courses, which make up the 60-Hour Curriculum..

  • After completing the 60-Hour Pre-Licensing course, you'll be ready to pass your exam. Then fulfill your requirements for licensing by completing the 30-Hour Pre-Licensing Course.

Introduction to the Real Estate Business

Pre-licensing 30-Hour Curriculum (Unit 2)

Your Pre-Licensing education continues with 30 hours of Unit 2 instruction focused on rounding out your real estate knowledge. You’ll then earn a Certificate of Completion to receive your licenses. This content is presented in six (6) courses, which make up the 30-Hour curriculum.

  •  Course 1 - Agency and Property Disclosure
  • Course 2 - Real Estate Contracts
  • Course 3 - Ethics in Real Estate
  • Course 4 - Measurements and Valuation
  • Course 5 - Real Estate Specialty Topic Areas
  •  Course 6 - Final Exam
